Upgrade StorageCitation Problem
Hi, I'm new to Zotero, but every time I add a citation (footnote) within the body of my paper I get this error message: The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error -1708.) @[setTextRaw:field.m:440]
I'm not using track changes or anything like that, I only have work, preview and safari open I don't know what's causing this but it's happened every time I've tried to used Zotero while citing in my paper.
Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated

1. Does this happen in a new document or only an existing one?
2. Does this happen with a citationstyle with no footnotes, too?
3. What's exact versions of Word and Zotero are you using? Which OS exactly?
4. Could we get a Debug ID that includes an action that triggers this error: https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output
