Zotero link to Work and PDF not working after updating computer

Try to reload and insert plug-ins but keep on getting message: Failed - network error, but internet working fine otherwise.... Seems to relate to a firewall and whitelisting that needs doing, but I have no idea what that means and how to do it.... Please help. I am a tech yabo and will need lots of guidance

What sort of connection is this on? Typically this is something that IT may have to help with because they set up the Firewall or Proxy that's breaking this in the first place.

We'd need more info on exactly what's happening and what error you're getting but in general see Connection Error.
