error on saving

when i am trying to save a pdf file its showing an error message, how do I save it

    I am doing that, but the error message pops up all the time for a few days now.

    sorry, I'm still not clear what exactly it is you're doing. How are you saving the PDF file? From the browser? From your file system? By dragging to Zotero? By clicking a button? If so whhich?

    And what error message are you seeing exactly?
