Upgrade StorageScienceDirect Translator not working

for some reason I cannot save anything from ScienceDirect anymore. For example: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S016953471100142X
Here is my reportID: 648511635
It says "Saving to (my folder)" but then "An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information." I have tried going through the steps in the troubleshooting translator issues but nothing has changed.
