Linux Zotero standalone on a flashdrive or microSD

I do most of my work on a netbook running Manjaro with a 64gb hard drive. Needless to say, space is quite limited. With everything else I have on this machine, zotero (plus pdfs) would pretty much eat up my hard drive. I presume with standalone, there's no limit on storage. Is there a way to install it to a flash drive or microSD that I have dedicated to this? Thanks.
  • I haven't tried this, but on Linux, Zotero just runs from the location you unpack the tarball to, so this should just work. You'd want to point the data directory to the same drive, obviously -- by default it'd create that in your home directory.
