importing library

This is probably a really easy one and I'm sure I'm just not reading the FAZ and other info correctly, but I have a zotero.sqlite file from another computer that I want to sync/integrate with my library on my laptop. That file is on the same laptop. How do I merge them without losing data?

    There is no mechanism to import sqlite files. If you'd like to use the beta 2.0 sync version of the software, the libraries will be merged when both machines sync. If you import/export through Zotero RDF, there will be some data loss.
