    If you are having a problem, you need to also describe the problem in detail, in addition to giving the report number. If you aren’t having a problem, submitting the report isn’t necessary.

    Zotero report an error occurred during syncing. The first screen said that's an error during upload. "Error 500 ofr item VK9XNE2N, in my library. There are many other lines explaing the error. Always reported an error during upload, a JavaScript Error. I'm sorry if I couldn't be more accurate. Thanks

    I could find the item which had a problem. I eliminated the tags and Zotero automatically synchronized all my library. Your suggestion helped me to dig deeper and figure out the issue. Thank a lot!

    The tab tags (in my portuguese version, "etiquetas") had some strangers characters perhaps because its source was spanish
