Can't download citations from Google Scholar

Hello,

When I upload the Google Scholar page I get this message on top of the page: "Zotero automatically redirected your request to scholar.google.com through the proxy at proxy.lib.sfu.ca."

When I try to download a citation to Zotero using the Zotero button embedded in Chrome, it just doesn't happen.

I presume the problem is related to proxy settings, but what should I do?

(I apologize if my question repeats previous questions but I'm not sure my problem is identical to previous ones)

    You shouldn't be accessing google scholar via your proxy in the first place. You should navigate to https://scholar.google.com and once you get the notice at the top about redirection, click "Don't proxy this host", which will redirect you back to unproxied google scholar and it should work normally from there.
