Can't find Zotero Sync Server tab

The instructions for syncing libraries says to "Once you've done that, open Zotero's Sync preferences tab and enter your login information in the Zotero Sync Server section." Where is the Zotero Sync Server section? I can't find that tab anywhere... I looked in Actions > Preferences in the Zotero interface at the bottom of the screen, as well as in Profile and Settings in my Zotero online account. Am I just stupid? Please tell me where I can go to activate syncing.
