Best Way to Request Site Integration with Zotero Connector

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I couldn't figure out what search terms might bring up the proper results in the forum. So: is there a preferred way we request a specific website integration with Zotero? Our college library recently updated their back-end software for the catalog website, and Zotero no longer detects results in the browser. Is this something we request through you all, or should I talk to our library staff?
