Cannot move articles from library to collections

I cannot move articles from my library to collections. When I click on the article in the middle column it is highlighted but will not move/drag to the collections on the left.

    Start by updating Zotero — you're using an outdated version.

    If you're then still having trouble, provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a drag attempt that fails.

    Note that you can't drag items to collections where they already appear.

    And you're saying that if you try to drag a single top-level item from My Library to a regular collection (not Unfiled Items, Trash, etc.) in the same library where it doesn't already exist, it doesn't work?
