Upgrade StorageMac Word 16.10 “could not communicate with Zotero” problem
In the recent upgrade to 16.10, Word can no longer communicate with Zotero, with both programs open after reinstalling the plugin. Any suggestions? (Mac 10.13.3)

dstillmanOpen Tools -> Add-ons in Zotero and make sure the Zotero Word Integration plugin is enabled.

jennieery@dstillman. I'm back. I am having same problem. Was working fine few weeks ago and now this message is back. In Add-ons it is there and looks to be enabled.
