AVG Enhanced Firewall Conflict with Zotero connector

Zotero connector doesn't work for me any longer with Firefox. I get a javascript timeout error message but it wont send so directs me to post on this formum Having spent a couple of hours remotely connected with AVG Internet Security they conclude that there is a conflict with AVG - but at present they don't know how to solve it...it resides in the Enhanced Firewall settings - ie if the Enhanced firewall in AVG is switched off then the Zotero connector works with Firefox.
