Upgrade 5.0.35.1 Broken

Upgrade on Win 10 with latest version causes Zotero to not be able to start. Downloading latest version 5.0.35.1 and attempting to install gives system error. Please fix.

    Computer restart allowed the new version to install. Seems Ok now. Never had this issue with an update before.
