Hello all, I have recently just set up Zotero and keep receiving this error when I go to add a footnote citation in my text.

I am using Word 2017, fully updated OSX. I exported my resource list from Mendeley into a *.Bib (BibTex) format, and imported it into Zotero.

Any insight you have would be great!
