Saving from a certain database problems

I am currently working on a CAPSTONE project and the database I am using is, "GALE Psychology Collection". The zotero connector is visible and it does save articles from other databases just fine, just not this one. Is it just that zotero doesn't work with that database? Is there anything I can do to fix it? I've trouble shooting, redownloading the program, nothing seems to work.     We're having trouble with multiple Gale databases, yes, I'm sorry.

    I'm looking back through the forums and it looks like GALE and the other typical university databases have been an issue for over a year. Any hope of getting this fixed?

    For Gale, yes. For "other typical university databases" you'd have to be more specific. I'm not aware of other issues in commonly used databases.
