Not syncing since password change

Hi,

I've changed my online account password a few days ago. Zotero has stopped syncing at about the same time. Is it related?

I've tried to change my password in the syncing tab of the preferences menu, but was unable to find where to do so. How do I do this? I'm using Zotero 5.0.

  • Changing your password doesn't affect clients that are already set up to sync.

    1) What do you mean by "stopped syncing"?

    2) Can you provide a Report ID?

  • Click the red sync error icon for an explanation of the problem.
  • I already have. It only says that an error occured during syncing. I click on the button telling me an error message will be placed in my library, but can't find any.
  • Ho ok. Now I got it. Took me a while, but I finally understood what the sync error button message meant... Problem fixed.
