Problem syncing - setup on new laptop error 797638387

Hi,

My library is not syncing since installing Zotero on my new laptop. I am using Zotero for Mac OS 10.13.3 and Zotero 5.0.34.6. I sync to BOX.net.

Error message below (message number 797638387):
