Not Able To Download A NYPL Record

I can't download any records (either individually or multi-item) from the NYPL Catalog - https://catalog.nypl.org/search. They are simply not appearing in my standalone.

When I click on the permanent link for a record, that also does not work, but in this case it generates the "Troubleshooting Translator Issues" error message.

Right-clicking on the record page and selecting "Save to Zotero>Library Catalog Innopac> likewise generates this error message. I can save it as a webpage, but that doesn't give me the record bib data, which is what I need.

At this point, it looks like manual entry is the only way to go. Anyone aware of a solution or quicker workaround?
