Mac OS X 10.7.5

I need Zetero for a research project and it doesn't seem to wanna work on my Mac. I downloaded both versions but they will not open, though in my applications, citing the age of my computer..

I can login online of course but not sync it with my computer..

Anyone know what to do?

    Zotero requires macOS 10.9 or later. Unless your computer is extremely old (pre-2007–2009, depending on the model), it can be upgraded to at least 10.11.

    Apple and all the major browsers have long since dropped support for 10.7, and it isn't safe to use anymore.
