Edited non retrieval metadata from Pdf

I have several documents in pdf formats which zotero cannot retrieve metadata information from to create my library. I am using these documents on my thesis and it is impossible to add the information to the reference from Zotero because these documents do not have a proper reference. Please is it possible to edit the pdf document and added manually the information in Zotero?
The documents are articles, PhD thesis in other languages as well as English..

Right-click on the PDF --> Create Parent item and then you can input reference information manually.
