Upgrade StorageID report: 1406291109, this.registry.citationreg.citationByld[c[0]] is undefined

Since one week when I try to add a citation in my PhD manuscript, I receive this error message: this.registry.citationreg.citationByld[c[0]] is undefined.
The problem does not exist in others (smaller) word documents.
All the updates are done.
I tried to copy the manuscript (and the error still exists in the new document).
I disabled and enabled zotero word for windows integration, nothing changed.
I saw on older discussion that some users had this problem, that was automatically solved the next day. Does someone have a solution ?
