Import folders to zotero from the notebook

I have been using zotero last year and forget some tips. Now I want to include some new folders (with many PDFs in each folder) to the library. There is any way of importing the whole folder from my notebook in zotero? There is no sense on doing that one by one. I am almost sure there is some way.
