Importing saved search results from CINAHL on EBSCO
I’m using CINAHL on the EBSCO platform, working with a saved search from My Folder. I’m struggling to export search results (1,200) into Zotero.
The browser connector at first appears to be working, but then I get a message that says:
“An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting help for more information”.
Of course, there’s nothing in the Getting Help info that refers to my situation.
I noticed that in Zotero documentation under Known Translator Issues, there appears to be a major problem with EBSCO: “ Doesn't work for items in “My Folder”.
So what can I do to get these articles into Zotero? This is for a systematic review project.
Thanks!

And it turned out that our instance of CINAHL lacked a feature called “email link to download results.” This allows you to download the results in RIS file format and import that RIS file into Zotero.
We have since gotten EBSCO to turn it on that feature so I was able to use that to export the results to RIS and import into Zotero.
