Upgrade StorageCancel sync
It would be nice to be able to cancel sync. I often work in random places with a cell phone connection only. If I happen to need Zotero at that time and open it, sync often takes all the bandwidth and other use of the connection becomes virtually impossible. Even better would be if Zotero could detect that I am using a slow connection and cancel automatically.
