Problem saving data from Pubmed.

I have a problem saving metadata from pubmed. Any article will just be saved as "Web page with snapshot" with no author, title, etc. I have downloaded the newest Zotero version as well as the connector for chrome. Do you have any suggestions what the problem may be and how to solve it?
