"Show Comments" option in MS-Word Stops working

Hey Zotero Team,
I am using the latest version of Zotero and fully updated MS Word 16.
Intext citations and Add bibliography options work fine but the "Show Comments" option under "review" tab of word goes gray.
Once I hit refresh bib, the comments side bar momentarily disappear and reappear while zotero updates my citations and bib. I can view and edit the side bar but cant hide it.
Any solutions please?
