How to determine which file stops my upload?
On 2.0b sync with zotero/jungledisk, the sync gets stuck uploading 1 file, 373KB size. I deleted items of that size from the library, no change.
I looked at debug output, and it get through all downloads, then hangs at the upload with no console message to show what causes that.
How can I figure it out? I started deleting recent items from library, so far have not found the source.

First, you would need to enable debug output: http://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output
Then launch Firefox from the terminal/command line, as explained on that page.
Next, click on the green sync arrow. In the output, identify all the names of zotero storage folders - they will look something like this: 4DHIERFB or TKKVKPTB. Next, in a file browser, find out what the content of the folders is, and delete the files in zotero (you might have to empty the trash afterwards). In my case, I deleted three files, and was finally able to complete synchronisation.
Hope this helps.
EDIT: actually, this might only be a short-term solution: I am getting the same problem again, one day later
