Upgrade StorageProblem saving items through Zotero connector for Firefox
I currently can't save anything from the databases I use (including, but not limited to, EBSCO) using the Zotero connector on Firefox (PC). I have the icon in my browser bar, but when I click on it from the databases, nothing happens. I can save other pages (I tried, for instance, Deadspin). The connector is working fine on my Mac laptop in the same location, so this seems to be a PC-specific error.
I have also tried to update my standalone app on the PC, but I just get a window saying it's updating for 30+ minutes which never seems to actually do anything.

For the saving issue, can you provide a Report ID from the connector, and then try the Troubleshooting Translator Errors steps?
