An error occurs when downloading a paper

I was trying to save an item to the zotero library and zotero.org, but it says:

An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information. The version of my zotero is 5.0.33.

The url is https://arxiv.org/pdf/1507.05135.pdf

Could you please help me for this issue? Thanks!

That should work, but with arxiv, it’s generally a good idea to download from the abstract pad rather than the pdf page

works for me. Have you run through the troubleshooting? If so, could we get an error report ID from the browser connector as well as your browser version for the failed save attempt on that page? https://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_problems
