Zotero Subscription problem

I am logged onto Zotero under one account, but my database is under another account (for reasons too numerous to get into). My paid subscription is on my log in account - not the account that uses the database. I tried to remedy the situation (i.e. my paid subscription is not getting charged for any usage), by adding my log in account as a group member (as owner) to the account that has the database I am using. Didn't make any difference. Is there a simple way I can switch my paid subscription between accounts?
  • I'm not entirely clear what state you're in now, but you can email storage@zotero.org with the details of the accounts and the storage subscription can be switched to the desired account.
