Syncing problem -- even after I deleted items with embedded image in note

I am having trouble syncing.
I am using Zotero 5.0.33

I keep getting this error message:
Notes with embedded images cannot currently be synced to zotero.org.

I have taken out, as far as I can tell, all the embedded images in hte "Notes" section. But,still get the error.

have you emptied your Zotero trash (bottom left)?

Great idea -- I'm on standalone and I cannot find the empty trash on bottom left. Is there a keycode command?

AND, Emptying the trash worked for sync problem. It's a good day in Zotero Land. THANK YOU
