Require Publisher INformation for Book Review

It looks like the most common advice for book reviews is to make the item an Article and add the reviewed author. This is fine. But some styles require the bibliographic entry to include the book's publisher as well. You can add it in the book title, but honestly, I think it would just be better for Zotero to come up with a book review item.

    It's not going to happen any time soon, sorry -- there may be a book review item type sooner, but we're not going to have items with effectively two sets of complete bibliographic metadata (i.e. the review and the reviewed book).

    If at some point Zotero allows specified item relations (like A is a chapter in B or A is a review of B) this would make sense, but I have no idea when or even if that's going to happen.
