Upgrade Storage[Zotero/Juris-M] groups & syncing

dear all, we're having problems with a large owner's library (including several thousand items and several levels of collections and subcollections) and a large group library which should hold a considerable portion of the owner's library. firstly, getting collections from library to group did not work nicely, secondly, the collections do not seem to sync. are there any explanations or suggestions or corrections about how we should proceed? thank you very much!
