Zotfile- pdfs are not online when I change the location (Mac user)

I am currently using Zotfile to keep all of my pdfs at one location (currently my desktop). However, when I change the locations of my pdfs they are no longer in my Zotero App, which means they are also not showing up in my Zotero library online. Is there any way To use Zotfile to organize all of my pdfs into one location without fully removing from my Zotero library?

No. Using the Zotfile file move feature converts all attachments to linked attachments (which Zotero doesn’t sync). For files to be visible on Zotero.org, you need to store files in Zotero (not using linked files or Zotfile moving) and use Zotero storage (not WrbDAV).
