Error message in German when seeking to update document: "Bereich kann nicht gelöscht werden"
Hello,
I have just several times tried to update a document that I had not worked on with Zotero since 2015 and that I currently need to revise. (I still use the same version of Word as in 2015).
I edited a reference in Zotero and then clicked on 'refresh' in Word. This resulted each time in the following message (in German):
'Ein Fehler ist beim Update Ihres Dokuments aufgetreten. Der Bereich kann nicht gelöscht werden [set.Text:field.cpp].'
This can be roughtly translated as 'An error has occured while updating your document. The area cannnot be deleted [set.Text:field.cpp].'
I have searched the forum using the error message, but (perhaps unsurprisingly given the forum language is English) this has not yielded any results.
Any advice on what I could do to be able to update/refresh the document?
Thank you in advance!

I'd particularly look for citations in captions/figures, but might also be somethign else
