I received a unable to sync error that led into a long list of issues, which resulted in an error report and the Report ID listed above 1783568154. Please let me know what needs to happen next.

    This is most likely due to security software on your system or a firewall on your network that's preventing Zotero from accessing the Amazon cloud.
