Upgrade StorageCouncil of Science Editors (CSE) Name-Year format
I notice there is a CSE style already, but the manual describes 3 systems: Citation-Sequence, Name-Year and Citation-Name. The one that has been developed for Zotero is Citation-Sequence (numbers in text); I am also interested in the Name-Year method. It is apparently close to Harvard (but not Harvard Law Review), but does not use punctuation for author initials. I can provide details if anyone is willing to xml this one.
