Zotero does not save full pdf through proxy
Hi,
When saving a paper using the plugins for either safari or firefox (haven't tried chrome), Zotero correctly saves the full pdf along with the pdf when I am on campus, but not when I am home, accessing the journal via a library proxy (e.g. sciencemag.org.ezproxy.cul.columbia.edu). Is there a fix for this, or something I need to change? Otherwise I am very much liking zoetrope after using Papers for years!
Cheers

I'm rather surprised this would work on campus, but can't test right now if they modify that tag for IPs who have access (but then, why wouldn't it change when proxied)? This seems like it's on purpose, right? I think we can correct for it in the translator, although not trivially easy.

https://www.nature.com/articles/nature25152 for example
and could you, in addition, submit a debug ID from the browser connector for the process of saving it? https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output#zotero_connectors_firefox_chrome_and_safari
