Unable to save multiple items and single items from Google Scholar Searches

Hello, for the last few weeks I have been unable to save multiple citations from Google Scholar. It says saving but then crashes without saving them and recommends I visit troubleshooting. The same thing happens with my safari, firefox and chrome add ons. I am trying to save numerous items over a short period for my work as a research assistant. Help!!
