Syncing Trouble

I keep having trouble syncing and getting this message.

Collection 9QEDN5KT not found for item 3/9BDKCB7Z

I changed my password but that was not the problem. I am using Zotero 5.0.7.

I even created a new Zotero cloud account thinking I might have better luck syncing to new account. I saw that if I synced them I would delete the files on my Zotero desktop.
