Force full note in CMoS?

Where ibid. would normally appear, is it possible to force a full note for citations in CMoS on a case-by-case basis?

    Not on a case by case basis. You could modify the style to use full note (instead of the current short forms) always, but there isn’t a way to force only one item to be repeated with the full note.
