HAL Archives Ouvertes Translator doesn't work

The HAL Archives Ouvertes translator doesn't work.
In Firefox, it shows the "Saving to ..." box at the bottom right but with no filename, and it makes Firefox really slow and it's impossible to do anything but to kill the process.
In Chrome, it doesn't make it slow, but it shows the "Saving to ..." box with no filename, but it doesn't do anything, and it disappears after ~10 secs.
I tested on these pages :

A workaround is to use the PDF translator.
I use Firefox 57.0.1 (64 bits), and Google Chrome 63.0.3239.108-1
