Trouble with the Safari connector

Hello. I just installed Zotero & the Safari connector on my Mac. I've also logged into my existing Zotero account. When I try to use the safari connector icon for an article I'd like to save, a box appears on the bottom right hand corner of the screen saying "saving to my library." I then went to my library and did not see the article so I refreshed it..and nothing...I then signed in and out and still nothing. Can someone please help?

Can you post a specific URL where this happens?

I figured it out! It was saving the article to zotero app, not the online version (if that makes sense!). Thanks for following up!

Be sure that syncing is enabled and working in the Zotero app.
