Upgrade StorageAllow stand-alone to import URL using web-translators

An issue has been created on github to add this new feature, but it was said by a mod to post it here.
I tried to search for a similar discussion here, but I could not find it.
The original post was:

In my case, I also have a problem when reading news or posts on a RSS reader. If I want to save it on zotero, I need to open a browser just for that.
This feature would also be very helpful to import links for reading later without having to open the page, wait for it to completely load, and then click to send to zotero.

LiborAZotero 5 can read RSS too. I use it for scanning journals which I am focused on. And the items in focused feeds can be imported directly. But I think, not with complete functionality - if I am true, the pdf attachments are not imported from feeds.
