Juris-M Abbreviations: Working?

I want to play around with the Juris-M abbreviations. I installed the Juris-M Abbreviation Filter. But I don't find an Open Style Editor button anywhere under any of the tabs in preferences. In the Config Editor I did notice that "extensions.abbrevs-filter.boolpref" is set to false. But I did not want to go playing with those kinds of things without asking first. m
