effect of 'Sync full-text content' when using WebDAV to sync attachments

I have set up WebDAV syncing with Box for attachments in the 'File Syncing' section. Now I am wondering, what is the difference in behavior between having 'Sync full-text content' checked vs. not checked in the 'Data Syncing' section of sync preferences?

Files are not re-indexed when they're synced across machines. Without full-text content syncing enabled, full text search will produce incomplete results on synced machines.

On the other hand, I'm pretty sure that full-text content is synced through Zotero data sync, so that it is stored on Zotero servers even if you're using WebDAV. If you're using WebDAV for privacy rather than financial reasons, you may want to uncheck it.

(And full-text content syncing allows you to search the full text of attachment even if they're not actually downloaded — e.g., if you're using "download as needed" mode.)
