Barre d'outil OpenOffice

Impossible d'insérer une citation dans OpenOffice, la barre d'outil zotero a disparu, alors qu'elle y était auparavant ! Je ne comprends pas, j'ai essayé tout ce que je pouvais, réinstaller les plug-in, réinstaller OpenOffice, réinstaller zotero, etc ... mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas. Est-ce quelqu'un peut m'aider svp ? C'est assez urgent, merci d'avance ..
