Citing Congressional Report
How would I cite a report by a Congressional committee using Zotero?
Currently the types of records with legislative specific information such as legislative body and session are the 'bill' and 'hearing'. Neither of this is well suited for a report by a committee. Chicago provides the following example for a committee report cited in a footnote:
Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, The Mutual Security Act of 1956 [in italics], 84th Cong., 2d sess., 1956, S. Rep. 2273

Title: The Mutual Security Act of 1956
Author: Senate Committee on Foreign Relations
Institution: 84th Cong., 2d sess.
Date: 1956
Archive: S. Rep. 2273
The only difference is that the tile is given in quotes instead of italics.
