“Add-Ins” tab Problem

I could not see “Add-Ins” tab in WORD. I did all I have to do from zotero webpages and Discussion sites. Please let me know what I can do now.
Even I deleted Word (for MAC) and Zotero, then I reinstalled them again. It did not work out. I used Zotero for nearly 8 years, I never met this sort of problem before.
Please help me out as soon as possible. Thanks.

In my Windows WORD, there is no problem. Why Word for MAC has a problem?

Because Word for Mac prior to Word 15.38 had broken add-in integration, affecting all software that created add-ins using Macros including Zotero, Mendeley, and Endnote. Word updates should be free (and ideally automatic).

Word for Windows and Word for Mac are completely different programs with completely different code. Word for Mac has been much buggier than Word for Windows. As people have said a few times in this thread, Add-Ins in general were broken in Word 2016 for Mac in versions before 15.38. Upgrade to the current release version (15.40) linked above and the problem will go away.

Word 2016 for Mac version 15.12.3 is from July 2015, and there have been many bug fixes since then, so you should just get the free update to the latest version.

If Word for Mac 2016 fails to auto-update, you can also fix auto-updating by installing the latest version of the Microsoft AutoUpdate (MAU) for Mac tool from https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Update-history-for-Office-2016-for-Mac-700cab62-0d67-4f23-947b-3686cb1a8eb7?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US#bkmk_mau (see also https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/291593/#Comment_291593).
